How to connect

Option 1 (recommended): sign in with Google

If you are the owner of the account the cloud service belongs to, you don't need to enter anything manually.

1. In Apskaita5, open the Programos nustatymai (program settings) menu and untick „Nerodyti nuotolinio prisijungimo" (hide remote connection), then restart the program.

2. In the login window, press the „Prisijungti su Google" button.

3. A confirmation page opens in your browser. If you are not signed in, pick the Google account your Integravizija account belongs to. After a short countdown the connection is established automatically.

4. That's it — credentials and the connection are created for you, and your company databases appear right away.

Option 2: manual connection

1. In Apskaita5, open the Programos nustatymai (program settings) menu and untick „Nerodyti nuotolinio prisijungimo", then restart.

2. In the login window, tick „Naujas vartotojas" (new user) and enter:

   • Vartotojo vardas (username) and Slaptažodis (password) — the ones shown in the "Integravizija cloud" section of your account;
   • Ryšio technologija: choose „Web servisas";
   • Programos serverio URL: the one shown in the same section (e.g. https://a5.integravizija.lt/your-slug/ApskaitaService.asmx).

3. Press Login. The program then shows the company databases assigned to you.

After your first manual sign-in, change your password. You can return to your local data at any time.

Team work

Multiple people can work with the same company data — each with their own rights. A team member can sign in two ways: manually (password) or via Google (no password needed).

Step 1: create the user in the application

Connected to the cloud as the owner, open Bendros → Vartotojų administravimas (User administration) in Apskaita5 and create a new user:

• enter a name and password (the team member will use these for manual sign-in — Option 2 above);
• grant them permissions on the desired companies (e.g., only the "UAB Gusto" database, without user-management rights).

The user can immediately sign in manually — entering the name, password and server address (as in Option 2 above).

Step 2 (optional): assign a Google account

So the team member doesn't need to remember a password, in your integravizija.lt account open the "Integravizija cloud" section → "Komandos prisijungimai" (team sign-ins). You'll see all your users and their permissions.

1. Next to the desired user, click "Priskirti Google" (Assign Google) and enter that person's Google email.

2. They will receive an email with an invitation — access is granted only after they confirm in the email (declining does nothing). This ensures nobody can add your Google account without your knowledge.

3. After confirmation (~1 minute), that person can open Apskaita5 and press "Prisijungti su Google" — the application will sign them in with their own user rights (only the companies you assigned in the app).

For accountants with multiple clients

If you are an accountant with access to multiple clients' clouds, signing in with Google shows all accessible clouds — just pick which client to connect to. You'll only see the companies each client assigned to you.

Revoking access

You can remove a person's Google assignment at any time (the "Atšaukti" / Revoke button). They immediately lose Google access.

Uploading data to the cloud

If you currently store data in a local Apskaita5 database, press "Įkelti duomenis" (Upload data) in the "Integravizija cloud" section and select the company database file (.db) or a backup (.sql).

• The system automatically identifies the company by its code.
• If the company's data already exists in the cloud, the system will ask you to confirm the overwrite.
• After upload, a cloud icon ☁ appears next to the company name.
• Companies you have access to via other people's clouds are marked with a 🔗 "shared" link icon.

Backups and downloading older versions

• Latest copy. In the "My companies" list, next to a cloud company (☁), click the download button to get the latest .db copy.

• Older version. Click the clock button to open the automatic backup list — created hourly, so you can go back to almost any hour in the last 7 days.

Copies in your OneDrive

In the "Integravizija cloud" section of your account, press "Connect OneDrive" and confirm in your OneDrive account — there is nothing else to configure.

• Copies appear automatically in the Apps/Integravizija Apskaita5 folder of your OneDrive (OneDrive → Files → Apps) — one <Company>.db file per company.
• The files refresh about once an hour, so you always see the latest state, with no action on your part.
• Disconnect at any time to stop the copying — the files already there remain yours.

Password

The "Atkurti slaptažodį" (Restore password) button in the "Integravizija cloud" section generates a new random password and displays it. The new password activates on the server within ~1 minute (a spinner shows while applying).

We recommend using Google sign-in — then you don't need to remember a password at all. If you use manual connection, change the password in the Apskaita5 application after your first sign-in.

Removing a company from the cloud

When removing a company whose data is stored in the cloud, the system will first ask you to download a copy. You can confirm removal only after a successful download. Once confirmed, the data is permanently deleted.

Good to know

• The "Be serverio" (Without server) button opens your local database. If you work with cloud data, don't use it.
• The connection is encrypted. Apskaita5 will never ask for server administration passwords.
• Data is hosted in the EU.
• Your accounting data belongs to you: you are the data controller, and Integravizija processes it only as a data processor (DPA: integravizija.lt/legal/dpa).
• You can return to your local database at any time — download a copy and work with it on your computer.
