Terms of service

These terms govern the purchase and use of Apskaita5 add-on licences on integravizija.lt. The Lithuanian text prevails if it conflicts with this English translation.

1. Seller

Registered in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania. Email: info@integravizija.lt. Phone: +370 699 52662. The seller is not a VAT-registered person and has no VAT ID.

This website sells Apskaita5 add-on licences only. Any other services (for example IT consulting) are offered separately, on enquiry, and are not part of the subscription.

2. Who may buy

The service is for traders only: legal persons, persons carrying on individual activity (individuali veikla), and other businesses. We do not sell licences to consumers (natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession). A purchase requires at least one company code (I_Kodas).

3. Formation of the contract

Creating an account does not form a paid licence contract. A paid contract is formed when Stripe confirms payment. A trial contract is formed when you start the free trial in your account.

4. Licence

We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the selected Apskaita5 add-ons with a lawfully installed copy of Apskaita5, only for the company codes (I_Kodas) listed in the licence, during the paid or trial period. You are responsible for using those codes in accordance with Lithuanian law (including invoices and filings with VMI).

One seat equals one company code. The maximum is 20 seats. A full-packet licence (“all add-ons”) includes the paid add-ons in the catalogue when you pay, and any new paid add-ons we publish before that period ends (validUntil). It does not freeze today’s price for later periods. Free add-ons work without a paid licence.

The licence works offline until it expires (validUntil). Near expiry the desktop application may refresh the licence online if the subscription is still active.

5. Invoice scanning (AI-assisted extraction)

The invoice-scanner add-on lets you upload a supplier-invoice file (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB) from Apskaita5; an AI model extracts the invoice fields and returns them into the application. A monthly fair-use quota applies and is shown in your account.

Extraction is automated and may contain errors. You must verify the extracted data before using it for accounting or tax purposes. This does not limit the liability rules in section 17.

You may upload only documents you are entitled to process. You are the controller of the uploaded documents and of your clients’ data in them; we process that data solely as your processor under the data processing agreement at /legal/dpa.

We do not store the invoice files or the extracted content. The extraction is performed by Mistral AI under zero data retention: inputs and outputs are not retained once the response has been returned. Under our agreement with Mistral AI all data is hosted in Europe; if in exceptional circumstances data were processed outside the European Union, we ensure appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR so that the processing complies with the GDPR.

6. Apskaita5

Apskaita5 is third-party software. We do not license, sell or support the base application. Integravizija is an independent third-party developer, not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the authors or maintainers of Apskaita5. You must hold a lawful copy of Apskaita5.

7. Price and VAT

While the seller is not VAT-registered, the catalogue amount is the amount payable (VAT not applicable). After VAT registration the same net prices remain and 21% VAT is added at checkout (you will see this before paying).

Prices are in euro. Yearly billing is 10 months' price (two months free); monthly billing costs more. Five seats: 10% off. Ten or more seats: 20% off. Accountant packs have their own catalogue prices; the generic seat-discount scale does not apply to them.

8. Auto-renewal

The subscription renews at the chosen interval (monthly or yearly) until you cancel it in the Stripe billing portal from your account. Each renewal is a new licence period billed at the then-current catalogue price for that licence (full packet, selected add-ons, or accountant pack). After cancellation the service runs until the end of the period already paid. If a payment fails, the licence may be suspended or ended.

9. Changing the licence

A more expensive change (more add-ons or seats) is charged now, prorated for the remaining days of the period; the renewal date does not move. A cheaper or same-price change takes effect at the next renewal; unused time is not refunded.

10. Free trial

Registered customers may trial the full packet free for one month, once per account and once per company code (I_Kodas), with no card required. Starting a trial on extra company codes in the same account does not grant another month. Deleting the account does not free a used company code for a new trial. When the trial ends, licensed add-ons stop working; free add-ons continue.

11. Delivery

After payment or the start of a trial, the installer and license.lic are available immediately in your account. This is a digital service; there are no physical goods.

12. Right of withdrawal

Because you buy as a trader, the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Civil Code and EU consumer law does not apply.

13. Refunds

Unused time after cancellation is not refunded. If the service has a material defect that we cannot remedy within a reasonable time, we will repair, replace, or refund the unused portion. Write to info@integravizija.lt.

14. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe (card or SEPA). We never see or store card numbers.

15. Intellectual property and restrictions

Copyright and other IP in the add-ons remain with the seller. You may not redistribute the DLLs or license.lic, or circumvent licence checks. Reverse engineering is allowed only to the extent mandatory law requires.

16. Support

Support is by email at info@integravizija.lt. These terms do not include a service-level agreement (SLA) unless agreed separately.

17. Liability

Except for intent, gross negligence and liability that cannot be limited by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We do not compensate lost profit or other indirect loss.

18. Account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. We may suspend the account for abuse or unpaid invoices.

19. Changes to these terms

We will notify you of changes by email or on the website. Continuing paid use after the effective date means you accept the changes. Materially adverse commercial changes to an annual contract, except those required by law or for security, apply only from its next renewal — until then you may cancel.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are heard by the courts at the seller’s registered office (Kaunas), unless mandatory venue rules provide otherwise.
