Asset Catalog Filter

By default, the long-term assets catalog ("Turto apskaita" → "Ilgalaikio turto katalogas") shows every asset: the ones you still hold and the ones already sold or written off. When there have been many assets over the years, the list gets long and the current assets get lost in it.

At the top of the list, on the right, a "Rodyti:" (Show) selector appears with three modes:

  • Visi: all current and former long-term assets (the usual list).
  • Eksploatuojami: only the assets you still hold, with a quantity above zero on the selected date.
  • Neeksploatuojami: only transferred (sold) or written-off assets, with a quantity of zero on the selected date.

How it works

  • The mode is based on the asset quantity remaining on the selected "Iki" (To) date. Change the date and the list re-sorts accordingly, so the filter also works for historical overviews.
  • The filter combines with the group filter and the date fields: all choices work together.
  • The choice applies only while the window is open. Reopening the catalog returns to the "Visi" mode.

Good to know

  • The filter works on screen only. Printing and emailing always produce the full list for the selected period.
  • An asset sold or written off only in part, while some quantity remains, is shown under "Eksploatuojami".
  • No data or reports are changed: this is a display filter for the list only.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the printed list longer than the one on screen? The printout always contains the full list. The on-screen filter is for quickly finding your current assets, while the printed overview stays complete.

Is my choice remembered for next time? No. Each time you open the catalog it shows everything, and you pick a mode by hand when needed.

What happens if the add-on is uninstalled? The list returns to its usual look, without the "Rodyti:" selector.
